If you are having seriously problems with the application, your games list, or your account, please try re-installing the game. To do so, follow these steps:
Uninstall
1. From the iPhone home screen, navigate to the With Friends application you would like to uninstall.
2. Press and hold your finger on the icon until you see it start to wobble and a small ‘x’ appears in the corner of the icon.
3. Press the ‘x’ button and then select ‘Delete’.
Reinstall
1. From the iPhone home screen select the App Store icon.
2. Search for the Games With Friends game and click free/purchase button (don’t worry you won’t be charged twice if you already bought it.)
3. Once the application is installed, run it and login with your e-mail address to retrieve all of your games.
